Cancellation & Refund Policy

Child Fund Association will refund to donors only in cases where there has been an error due to which donors have mistakenly made double payments or mistakenly donated more than they intended.

     Information regarding the refund will be sent via email/letter with complete details. The refund will be made only to the donor by a/c payee cheque or wire transfer.

     No refund /cancellation request for the donated amount by any donor canbe entertained for online donations  after the donation is accepted by our online payment gateway service providers unless a fraud notification is received from our payment gateway service providers.
